Cancellation Policy
Pickleball Social Club Equipment Rental Waiver Please read this waiver carefully before renting equipment from Pickleball Social Club. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in pickleball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, falls, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries that may result from using pickleball equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the rental and use of equipment from Pickleball Social Club, whether foreseen or unforeseen. Proper Use of Equipment: I agree to use all rented equipment (paddles, balls, etc.) responsibly and only for its intended purpose of playing pickleball. I will not misuse, abuse, or intentionally damage the equipment. Condition of Equipment: I acknowledge that I have inspected the rented equipment and confirm it is in good working condition at the time of rental. If I notice any damage or defects before use, I will immediately inform a Pickleball Social Club staff member. Responsibility for Damage or Loss: I am solely responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented equipment from the time it is rented until it is returned to Pickleball Social Club. I agree to pay for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged or lost equipment. Replacement costs will be determined by Pickleball Social Club based on the current market value of the equipment. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to rent equipment from Pickleball Social Club, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pickleball Social Club, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property belonging to me, as a result of renting or using the equipment, regardless of whether such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of Pickleball Social Club or otherwise. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickleball Social Club, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my rental or use of the equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
